Initial Email/Invitation

Good Afternoon Ladies,

I hope this message comes at a good time for you all. I know a lot of you have been waiting for this to arrive to your inbox. Good news is you still have time to make decisions and pass the word to your close family and friends in the Charlotte area that may be interested also. If perhaps I left someone out, I’m sorry and I’ll be spreading the word continuously.

Well the purpose of this message is to inform you all of the New Book Club that both myself and Karina Paige will be launching. We’ve decided that it’s time to expand our horizons and incorporate some more reading, learning, and socializing into our already busy lives. I have started a Blog to provide more detailed information on the new book club. No major decisions have been made regarding the name and a estimated timeline of events and dates-TBD are provided on the Blog to give you a better idea of what we’re working with and on.

We will have a Launch party for the Book Club in late July, so I hope you all can attend, this will be a great event. More details will be provided closer to that time.

If you agree that you also want to become part of the QUARTERLY book club( see you don’t have to dedicate that much time), please respond back to me. We are still at the beginning stages of planning because we all know it takes a well thought out plan and schedule to be successful with our goal of maintaining a Book Club that’s here to stay. For those of you that may have been previously involved in groups or functions that were not made to last or doomed from the start, we plan on going in the other direction. I am asking that if you plan on being involved, will you please send me your email address preference (I will not be a bug), or cell number ( I know it’s easier with text for some of you) of your decision by May 1st 2010. In the meantime if you have any detailed questions, feel free to contact myself or Karina and I’m sure we’ll be able to answer for you. Let us also know if you have any ideas we can add to help in our success.
